We appreciate that you need to get the most out of your access control system, and that you want a product that is effective and reliable, which is why our warranty ensures maximum operation. Every high-end quality product that we offer is issued with a warranty.
The products come with a 3-year warranty. The products are inspected thoroughly before the factory, and in all distribution centers; as a result, all the products are guaranteed to be free of defect both in workmanship and material. The warranty is effective immediately after the purchase is made. Proof of the original serial number, as well as the order number of the product(s), is required while submitting the product for a warranty. Failure to provide the two, the warranty will not be granted.
If your warranty is approved, unlike our return policy, you do not need to worry about the product’s original packaging. At FPC, we will also provide you with a label for prepaid shipping that will enable you to return the product(s) to us. This way, you won’t have to pay for the shipping of a faulty product.
After inspection, we will repair or replace the product for free.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY WHEN
- Others have attempted or repaired the system or the product
- Repairs or modifications as a result of normal wear and tear have been made. Under no circumstances does the company’s warranty cover normal wear and tear. The product(s) has/have been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
- The system experiences burnt-out circuitry because of improper power connections
- The products are altered
- Parts and accessories fitted to the product are non-approved or are non-recommended.
