Did you purchase the incorrect product? Have modifications in your project that require different units? With our 30 day policy, you’re in good hands.
When returning the order, please make sure all products are in perfect unused, uninstalled condition in their original undamaged and unmarked packaging. All products must have complete hardware and instructions. Provided that the package meets all these requirements, your full refund will be processed within 72 business hours after it has arrived at our location. This allows our returns department time to fully inspect and take care of your return in a timely manner. If anything is missing, this may result in a deduction from your refund. Please note: return labels are only provided for defective or incorrect products. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges sending the return back.
Have an item that is defective? Your warranty is there to protect you! If you have an issue with a product, please call us or email us for technical support. One of our highly trained technicians will assist you to troubleshoot the product to classify as repairable or defective. If the item is defective, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the unit back. Once it has arrived at our location, your replacement or refund will be shipped out or processed within 72 business hours. Please keep in mind to send all defective units back with all original packaging, hardware, and manuals. Please note: all RMA’s approved have 30 days to be shipped back from the date approved and the return label is sent to the customer. RMA’s after 30 days are closed and no longer eligible to be re-opened, if not sent back.
Before returning any product, you must contact us here at FPC Security to approve the return and issue you an RMA. Any product sent to us without an RMA approval will be returned. Please note that when you make a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions provided, including all the above mentioned.
